The key idea of our school is that every human being has a particular individuality to develop during the whole life. So that is the point why we consider helping children to work out universal skills as the main target of educational process. Children gain skills that are essential in a workplace, family and society and help them get prepared to take on the challenges they will face throughout their lives. Thus the part of school is to set up a system of favorable conditions to fulfill the processes of self-knowledge, self-expression and self-determination in respect of environment, culture, community and inner world.

In order to provide a better variety of opportunities for kids to perceive and develop their individuality, we changed strictly regulated traditional school structure for a system of learning environments such as subject, playing, creativity, lawful, labor and social. This model runs counter to the prevalent one based on subject learning only.

Teachers arrange various cases for involving students into different learning environments. We also value unexpected situations, in which students are challenged to make up his /her mind, to act, to choose.

We pay special attention to leading a democratic way of life. We maintain a friendly atmosphere where each member of the society has a basic right to act freely according to its views and reasoning from its values and this right is only limited by the freedom of other members to act the same way. We claim that tolerant behavior in respect of others is a standard of our community.

The essential part of realizing statements written above is clear perception that this lifestyle is only possible as an agreement between those who is going to lead it.
